VISUALjob for TWS detects two types of loops, those that are between operations within an application and those that are caused by dependencies spanning two or more applications. Without an analysis tool and a visual representation loops can be nearly impossible to detect until they have an impact on you running productions environment.
Loops identified by VISUALjob for TWS, especially those within an application, are not always dangerous. The loop analysis feature is designed to not only identify problematic loops, but to also document loops in the schedule by design. |
