September 1, 2006: APS|ENTERprise software incorporated founded to market APS|ENTERprise solutions directly to North America.

APS|ENTERprise software incorporated has been newly formed to market and sell directly to the North American territory. The company will be focusing on the value added software solutions for Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS and the Control-M (z/OS and Distributed Systems) job scheduling packages.

“We are very excited to have the opportunity to have our own presence in North America,” said APS|ENTERprise software incorporated General Manager Anthony Blye. “Our products represent the latest generation of third-party solutions for the TWS for z/OS and Control-M environments and fulfill a growing need for essential functionality in both schedulers”.

Managing Director of APS|ENTERprise software consulting gmbh, Peter Thiermann, stated he believes that having a direct line to APS|ENTERprise customers in North America will improve customer service, increase product functionality based on customer feedback and better promote the products capabilities.
